The Bursary Department is charged with the responsibility of collecting fees, charges and issuing of receipts to students, client and staff in respect of payment made the institution. The Bursary department is responsible for all financial matters of the polytechnic including interpretation of Financial Regulation of the Polytechnic.

The health centre was established in 2006. The Rector, Professor G.B Onolaja requested for a service of Registered Nurse/Midwife from Ogun State Hospitals management board and senior Nursing sister Orekoya O.O was seconded the school health centre. She rendered nursing care services for a while and left in January 2007.

Academic Unit is one of the backbone and sensitive unit in any educational institution. This department is charged with the responsibilities of processing newly admitted students into their various departments and programmes; keeping the files and records of all the present and past students of the institution;
